Thriving Through Trauma - 6 Week Course

All of us long to thrive and flourish, and this longing inevitably calls us to heal the trauma or conditioned patterns which keep us from doing so. With deepening knowledge of what true healing really means coupled with advances in brain science, we now have access to a brilliant, proven system known as the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) which literally teaches us to feel safe enough to face our most terrifying fears and release our deepest wounds. You will learn and practice over six sessions the different layers of resources used in CRM: - nature connection, - breathing resources, - embodiment grids, - attachment resources, - heart coherence; and - Core Self. We will discover how these resources can give us a solid platform to skilfully deal with challenges as they arise, and also to step into the possibility of clearing trauma that lies beneath conscious awareness and even extends back in time through many generations. Anyone is welcome to attend this course. For those new to trauma healing, it can give us a concise practical introduction or 'road map' of how we can heal. For those with some experience in this area or who have done some one-on-one work, it can be a wonderful opportunity to reinforce the inner work we have already done, and to experience connection in a supportive group space. The content of the sessions is largely experiential, though some neuroscience and psychology theory is also presented. Sharing and checking in is encouraged, though there is no need at all to share any specific trauma history that you might be carrying. Participants will make an agreement that anything which arises in these sessions remains absolutely confidential. I kindly request you to make a commitment to attend all six sessions, as the sessions build upon each other in a specific sequence. However, if you happen to miss one or two sessions you can certainly still attend.
