Lea Evergreen - Form Reality Practice Teacher and myself will take you on a deeper journey into the ways Movement Meditation can support you, as we share and teach Part One of 'The Form Reality Practice*'. 'The Form' is a unique meditation that incorporates a sequence of slow, conscious movements.  The movements can open us into a profound communion and connection with our own deepest truth, and discover our inter-connectedness with all others. We can do these movements slowly moving around a chair, with or without a partner who is seated on the chair in meditation, dropping into deep stillness. By the end of the three sessions you will know the movements of Part One of the Form - the first of five parts - and be able to include this into your daily life and embodiment practices.
